Meet Art Lotti
Owner & OPERATIONS
I take great pride in being a local Bay Area business owner who is both efficient and trustworthy. My goal is always to go above and beyond for my customers, especially during times when they need it most. This business was born from my passion for helping people navigate and plan through life’s challenging transitions—a passion shaped by my own experiences over the years.
Before starting this venture, I spent nearly 20 years managing a busy Trader Joe’s store. In that role, I worked with a diverse group of customers and employees, balancing multiple projects simultaneously. This experience naturally prepared me for the demands of our business now, where every situation requires compassionate problem-solving and innovative, outside-the-box thinking.
A Bay Area native, I was born in San Francisco and have always had a deep love for and commitment to supporting my local community. Outside of work, Andriana and I are proud parents to six children. We cherish family time and find joy in the many meaningful moments we share.
As a lifelong Bay Area sports fan, I’m always cheering for my Giants, 49ers, and Warriors. Whether it’s at home, at work, or in the stands, I’m passionate about staying connected to the community that shaped me.
Meet Andriana Mendez
Owner & Events
I joined this business alongside Art, bringing a background in graphic design and marketing—and a passion for helping people. Like Art, I’m deeply committed to providing exceptional service and being part of a business you can trust to be honest, respectful, and reliable. While Art spends much of his time in the field, I focus on marketing, networking, and community events. I also serve as a connector to other local services related to our work, which I am truly passionate about.
Born and raised in Berkeley, I’ve lived in the East Bay my entire life, building a network and crafting a career centered around creating meaningful experiences. I founded Sensational Seniors Workshops™, the educational branch of our business, with a mission to empower seniors and their loved ones with the knowledge and resources they need to lead happy, fulfilling lives.
Whether I’m sipping from my favorite coffee mug filled with a local brew, being creative with interior decor, or running our youngest daughter between sports, I’m always thinking of ways to make meaningful connections and bring people together!
