Custom Moving & Hauling It is a friendly face to many who live in the Tri-Valley and East Bay Area. We are a husband and wife team who take care of our customers like family. We believe in being an honest business that you can count on during stressful moving times, or major life transitions.
Meet Art Lotti
Owner & OPERATIONS
I take tremendous pride in being a local Bay Area business that is both efficient and trustworthy, and I always do my best to go above and beyond for my customers when they need it most. I began this business because I found that my passion and strength is in helping people plan and transition through some of life’s difficult times. During my previous career, I managed a busy Trader Joe’s store for nearly 20 years. My job included dealing with a diverse group of customers and employees as well as juggling many projects at one time. This made for a natural transition to our business which has many of the same challenges and requires compassionate, outside-of-the-box thinking.
I am a native to the Bay Area, born in San Francisco, and have continued to love and support my local community here. Outside of business, Andriana and I have have six children together, so we spend a lot of time with each other and just enjoying the small things. We love quality food and travel when we can. I am also a Bay Area sports fan, always rooting for my Giants, 49ers, and Warriors.
Meet Andriana Mendez

I came into this business with Art with a graphic design and marketing background, but also with a heart for helping people. I share Art’s dedication to great service and being a business that you can count on to be honest, respectful, and reliable.
I was born in Berkeley and lived in the East Bay my whole life, building a network and developing my career with an emphasis on memorable experiences. I founded our educational sector of the business, Sensational Seniors Workshops™, with the goal of empowering seniors to have knowledge and guidance in a variety of topics that support living a happy and fulfilled life.
While Art spends most of his days in the field, I work on marketing efforts, networking, and events. I also act as a resource for other local related services to our business and enjoy connecting people. You can find me with my favorite coffee mug drinking a cup of local brew, spending time pretending to be an anterior decorator for our home, or on walks around town.
